It is with very sad hearts that we must inform you of the passing of Dr. Sarah Yun Yi. She was a loving, caring dentist who was relentlessly dedicated to providing the utmost dental care for her patients for the past 20 years. We will cherish your memories of her as the loving dentist that she was.

We also know that she would want to convey your dental care to someone who could carry on her legacy. Dr. Praveen Gudipati, also known as Dr. G at Cumming Dental Smiles is a caring and loving dentist who practices dentistry with the same philosophy as Dr. Yi, "putting patients first." He and his entire staff will be waiting to serve you for all your dental needs. Dr. G has been a Cumming, native for more than 10 years and lives with his wife and two little girls, ages 7 and 9.

Your familiar Many Smiles Dental staff, Ortencia & Marianna will also help to carry on Dr. Yi's loving care with Dr. G.
